Where’s my order?
Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails:- Order Confirmation
- Shipment Confirmation
- Order Delivered
How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to print your order, put your name and address on it and ship out.
- Shipping Time: 1 – 5 business days with in US & UK.
- Shipping time is calculated from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed and depends on the destination.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Cost:
- Free Shipping for orders over $50.
- Standard shipping: $5 for first item and 2$ for additional mug.
Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for Canada and Australia.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sale@customaly.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
