Shipping & Delivery

Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: 

1. Order Confirmation
2. Shipment Confirmation
3. Order Delivered

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to print your order, put your name and address on it and ship out.
• Shipping Time: 1 – 5 business days with in US & UK and 7 - 10 days for international orders.
• Shipping time is calculated from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed and depends on the destination.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
• Shipping Cost:
  • Free Shipping for orders over $50.
  • Standard shipping: $5 for the first item and $2 for additional item.

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.

For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for Canada and Australia.

Return & Refund Policy:

Currently, there is a return policy for change of mind or errors in our order.
